It's possible that they were still finding their footing or that our server might have had an off day. With a few adjustments and improvements, Uncle Jeffi's has the potential to become a cherished brunch spot in Holladay, and we're hopeful that they'll reach that potential. After all, every restaurant deserves a fair opportunity at redemption.
